About Me…
Having taken up yoga in 2013 (initially so I could become more flexible) I can honestly say that it has changed my life for the better… My body, the food I put in it, my behaviour & most importantly my mind…
I want to offer this to others as to me, yoga is quite literally a super power!
Through my teaching I aim to give you; the student, a safe space to move & breathe, I wish to empower you, so that you feel not only more confident but encouraged… Essentially when you leave a class I hope you feel stronger, calmer & in a better head space.
